Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience of managing IT and/or project management for 5 years and more
Experience in working with geographically distributed and remote team members
Experience in working in a multicultural environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational and presentational skills
Demonstrates a balance of business understanding and technical skills.
To be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by collecting and analyzing information, making, or requesting technical decisions to achieve expected business results.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
Strong project management skills, with experience in maintaining project portfolios. ITIL and/or PMP certification would be a plus.
Accountable for overall service quality, service level management, and controls
Responsible for ensuring optimal availability and continuous performance optimization of IT infrastructure components and applications
Owner of the 360-degree meetings with IT & business stakeholders to help build, grow, and maintain customer relationships.
Support the Client in the development of the IT Strategic and Operational Plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure IT systems and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
Advise and support the Client on the preparation and execution of the annual IT budged
Support the Client in the processes associated with internal/external audits and supervision engagements lead remediation of related risks, deficiencies, gaps, or issues
Coordinate BCP Test activities and participate in crisis management situations ensuring coordination and collaboration with teams and respective IT providers
Escalation points for the incident, problem, and change management processes
Oversee and manage the IT Project Portfolio
Lead and inspire the IT team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
