Our path to agile: latest news about our training sessions

At Quipu, our agile transformation is at full speed with over 400 staff trained so far, we’re proud to be investing in comprehensive agile training sessions for the entire company. These sessions are designed to help us work smarter, collaborate better, and deliver even greater value to the customers we serve.

The goals of our training

The Agile training sessions focus on several key objectives:

  • Fostering clear communication: Ensuring that all teams and individuals are aligned in how we communicate and share information.
  • Creating agile awareness: Building a shared understanding of agile principles across the company.
  • Providing role-specific knowledge: Tailoring insights to help each team member understand how agile applies to their role.
  • Enhancing cross-team collaboration: Encouraging teams to work more closely and efficiently together.

Our training is built around the AO Transformation Model, which focuses on three core elements:

  • WE: My Team: Emphasizing that agile is a team behavior and that collaboration is at the heart of success.
  • ME, myself: Exploring personal challenges within an agile framework, helping each of Quipu’s employees grow and adapt to the transformation.
  • US, Quipu: Examining our company-wide agile transition, including what’s expected of teams and individuals during this journey.
