Application Specialist – Skopje (24125)

We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our team in Skopje.

What we expect from you

Skills & Experience

University Degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Engineering or Business IT studies would be a plus)
Installation and configuration of third-party solutions/applications (hosted on Microsoft Servers),
Experience in software application support area and problem solving. Microsoft Servers troubleshoot experience related application behaviour.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and working any ticketing management solution.
Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Key networking skills
Experienced knowledge of T-SQL syntax
Basic PowerShell scripting.
Core knowledge of Cloud technologies (preferable Azure)
Understanding of CI/CD process
Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
Availability to travel

Responsibilities

Deploy and support operational Banking Software Systems (hosted on Microsoft servers), configuration, parametrization and setting-up the application and Microsoft OS components in test, staging and production environments.
Monitor production system notifications and act accordantly to resolve urgent problems and participate in the incident management process focusing on availability and environment performance issues
Automation of internal processes for Banking Software Systems
Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders both from the technical and business environment, 3rd party vendors and security specialists to fulfil the goal of the job requirements.
Prepare documentation and support the other knowledge management related processes in the organization.
