  • A degree in a business-related discipline with a specific focus on accounting, finance, or controlling

  • Relevant work experience in the financial area

  • Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus

  • Ability to work independently, in a structured and precise manner

  • Proficient in English and good command of German is a plus (both spoken and written)

  • An open and friendly manner, and a good team player

  • Good time management skills

  • Very good communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Managing, preparing, and issuing customer invoices

  • Overseeing receivables, and collecting payments

  • Corresponding with customers, vendors, auditors, and our accounting team

  • Ensuring seamless communication and operations with all stakeholders

  • Managing contracts, drafting project contracts based on existing templates, overseeing signature management

  • Reviewing and updating the documentation, improving communication channels

  • Handling financial workflows related to invoices

  • Managing and processing vendor invoices

  • Conducting reporting to authorities

  • Managing insurances and renewals
