Finance Operations Specialist – Skopje

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Skopje.

What we expect from you

Skills & Experience

A degree in a business-related discipline with a specific focus on accounting, finance, or controlling
Relevant work experience in the financial area
Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
Ability to work independently, in a structured and precise manner
Proficient in English and good command of German is a plus (both spoken and written)
An open and friendly manner, and a good team player
Good time management skills
Very good communication skills

Responsibilities

Managing, preparing, and issuing customer invoices
Overseeing receivables, and collecting payments
Corresponding with customers, vendors, auditors, and our accounting team
Ensuring seamless communication and operations with all stakeholders
Managing contracts, drafting project contracts based on existing templates, overseeing signature management
Reviewing and updating the documentation, improving communication channels
Handling financial workflows related to invoices
Managing and processing vendor invoices
Conducting reporting to authorities
Managing insurances and renewals
