Network Engineer – Prishtina (24128 )

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Prishtina.

What we expect from you

Skills & Experience

Proficient technical skills in network administration (CCNP certification is an advantage, although an active CCNA certification is required).
Previous experience in an international company is preferred
In-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP stack and its internals, as well as proficiency with related troubleshooting tools (connectivity verification, packet capture, etc.).
Familiarity with network services (HSRP, SNMP, RADIUS, TACACS, etc.), dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), Layer 2 technologies (Trunking, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel), and security-related technologies (IPSEC, IPS, VPN).
ITIL Foundation certification is preferable
Proficiency in the English language is required.
High level of ownership, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a drive to provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Supporting, maintaining, and improving local and wide area networks, including routing protocols, site-to-site VPN links, and leased lines, primarily using Cisco technologies.
Providing operational support and incident resolution, as well as proactively notifying relevant parties of network issues.
Maintaining and supporting security systems and solutions, including Next Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, access points, Cisco AAA, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
Actively monitoring network stability, bandwidth, and performance
Creating and updating documentation related to network and system configuration, mapping, and processes.
Utilizing monitoring tools, performance analysis, and network management software (such as packet captures) to troubleshoot and isolate problems, identify optimization opportunities, and track utilization and capacity trends
