Tech Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer – Skopje (24024)

We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team in Skopje.

What we expect from you

Experience

JavaScript Development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript development using node.JS
Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Database Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft SQL or other relational databases.
Knowledge of data modelling, query optimization, and database administration
Experienced with integration technologies: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture.
Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing services, including deployment, and scaling.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Excellent leadership skills - able to inspire, manage and mentor junior team members.
Strong team-working skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to focus on details while managing project timelines.

Familiarity with banking business processes and requirements is advantageous.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions in alignment with company standards and policies.
Actively engage in all software development stages, including analysis, estimation, documentation, coding, bug fixing, and ongoing support.
Design data models & integration approaches to ensure data consistency, quality & security across different solutions.
Ensure the quality of developed solutions by adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Lead, support and guide fellow developers within the team
Contribute to the design of solution architecture
