Implementation Engineer – Prishtina (24082)

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team in Prishtina.

What we expect from you

Experience

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related Engineering fields
Professional experience in the banking sector (desirable)

Skills

Knowledgeable of SQL, PL/SQL
Advanced level of English language (oral and written)
Positive attitude towards learning new topics
Flexible and reliable on the job
Customer oriented and good communication skills
Knowledge of the card industry and payment systems (desirable)
Mastering of the Microsoft Office packet

Responsibilities

Provide second level customer support and cooperate with external service providers
Design project implementation requirements and specifications
Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare corresponding documentation.
Collaborate with the team to design new services for all customer implementation activities
Conduct research on customer issues, document findings and implement technical solutions
Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with customers to provide support to all issues
Establish technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all customers and organize all project materials
Perform routing activities required for the job.
Provide technical application programming for service implementations
