Firstly, I found out about the Quipu Graduate Programme through a post on Facebook. After that, I came across the programme on almost every social media platform I use. The information provided about the programme was well-explained and comprehensive.
Since I was in my final year of university, I saw this as a great opportunity to kickstart my career. Throughout the programme, I gained valuable knowledge in various areas, including Python, SQL, testing, Azure DevOps, as well as best practices in software development.
I was pleasantly surprised by how well-prepared the company was for this programme, especially the InfoWare team mentors. Each department’s presentations were well-structured and clearly delivered. The mentors put significant effort into preparing us for each task and topic, ensuring that we learned in the most effective way possible.
Two things that I particularly liked about my experience with Quipu were the diversity of nationalities and the inclusive environment. Additionally, I appreciated how welcomed we felt from day one.
Another positive aspect was the flexibility to work from home. The balance between home and office days was just right, allowing for both convenience and team interaction.
Mentors Jasmina Krstevska and Nikola Dokoski, both specialists in their fields, were incredibly supportive and patient. They were always available to answer our questions and shared their knowledge generously. I can confidently say that they will be important figures in my career development.
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone, as it was the best way for me to begin my journey and learn industry best practices.
