I discovered the Quipu Graduate Programme on LinkedIn and it immediately caught my attention. After reading about it, I became even more interested in applying.
As I did research on the company, I encountered some past experiences of colleagues who were interns at Quipu. I read those and got much more personal insights which helped me understand how things would go.
In the past I had also come across Quipu on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
The information available online aligned well with the actual experience we had. The whole process of the training’s flow was well explained in the resources I could find online.
As I was reaching the end of my educational career, I was seeking a more practical experience, working on projects, collaborating in teams, etc. I think Quipu was the right choice for my career path because it matched my vision of how I wanted to continue my career journey.
In my opinion, the programme I attended was very useful. We had a great group of mentors during the programme and that made the whole educational process easy. As for the skills we gained, we all enhanced our skills in terms of being members of a team, listening to each other and contributing together to the team.
My expectation was that we would learn from skilled mentors, and the programme certainly met that expectation. During the whole programme, we had colleagues from different areas, who were eager to talk about their field of work. They were also very supportive and happy to help at any point of the programme, in case we had any questions or doubts.
From an organisational point of view, the knowledge-sharing sessions were well-scheduled, very interactive and fun. Another aspect I liked very much about my experience was meeting new people, learning about their perspectives, and spending quality time together.
Personally, I consider myself a person who likes to work from the office. I do home office as well from time to time, and I enjoy it, but I prefer being in the office. The colleagues from all departments are very friendly and the office is also very nice, which motivates me to work from the office. But at the same time, I respect the flexibility Quipu offers when it comes to choosing the work location.
As I previously mentioned, the mentors we met during the programme were well-prepared, had very well-organised sessions to share their knowledge, and made sure these sessions were very interactive. They all gave us the opportunity to speak and they listened with full attention and gave their professional opinion about it. This would help us understand things better, and all in all the resources and the mentorship we had were more than enough.
I would definitely recommend this programme to a friend because I think that it is a great way to start a professional journey. For students reaching the end of their studies, the Quipu Graduate Programme is the best choice for both personal and professional growth and development.
